As @paule mentioned. I have a random day on my workout plan that I usually manually update depending on the type of activity I accomplish if it’s in the gym. Otherwise if I do a hike or something outside, I sort of just leave that out. I used to try to track everything on here, but decided to just be passive about it and let the active rest days land where they do. Hope that helps!

unless youre doing active rest like walking or very light exercise etc you wouldn't need to create a day. if its 100% rest then you wouldn't log it as there is nothing to log
