Quick question how do log your rest days on the app or says Saturday and Sunday is my rest day but tells me to add a excerise

pah68 You don't have to fill a gap in days in your schedule with a logged rest day. Just leave it out if it's going to be empty.

BusyBee287 You can also just add a day to your workout plan and set it as a rest day in the settings of that particular day.

EliJay24 As @paule mentioned. I have a random day on my workout plan that I usually manually update depending on the type of activity I accomplish if it’s in the gym. Otherwise if I do a hike or something outside, I sort of just leave that out. I used to try to track everything on here, but decided to just be passive about it and let the active rest days land where they do. Hope that helps!

paule1985 unless youre doing active rest like walking or very light exercise etc you wouldn't need to create a day. if its 100% rest then you wouldn't log it as there is nothing to log
